Binge Eating Support Group

Binge eating is characterized by regular episodes of binge eating in the absence of regular compensatory behaviour (self-induced vomiting, fasting, excessive exercising, or misuse of laxatives). It involves consuming an abnormally large amount of food in a short period of time (over a period of 2 hours max.) and feeling out of control.

The Binge Eating Support Group is designed to help you better understand your relationship with food, teach out how to cope differently and provide support throughout 12 weeks (90-minute session per week, 16 hours in total).

We can help you learn more about binge eating and help you to develop healthy strategies with your relationship to food. Contact us for help to break the binge eating cycle.
