Émilie is a registered psychologist in France and is currently a Psychologist Candidate working at obtaining her permit from the Order of Psychologists of Quebec.
Émilie works collaboratively with you to provide a safe and non-judgmental environment and to explore difficulties that you may be having in life, help you make important changes and discover healthy and adaptive coping strategies. Émilie will guide and support you throughout the process.
Émilie has extensive experience working in psychiatric hospitals as well as academic settings. She works with adolescents and adults in early detection of mental health issues and psychotherapy. The approaches she uses are Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
